MICHAEL FRIEDMAN’S THE STATE OF THE UNION
On the night of the mid-term elections The Civilians and The Green Room 42 reprise Michael Friedman’s collection of songs composed from interviews he conducted across America in the lead up to the 2016 election. The evening features live performances of all the songs originally created for The New Yorker Radio Hour plus several never before heard songs from the project.
